Do not support for otter defender or strada series case.If your iPhone pro max could not be charged in vertically, please check if your devices is misaligned. Pick-up you phone and re-place it when the indicator is off . For better charging experience, we recommend to charge in horizontally.If you have Airpods 2 but could not charge, please check if your Airpods 2 has wireless charging function. As Airpods 2 has two version, one version does not have wireless charging function, our wireless charger can only charge the Airpods 2 with wireless charging function.If your Apple watch can not charging, please check if you updated to watchOS 8.3? It is not recommended to update to the latest watchOS 8.4.

QA: When my phone/airpods/watch is placed on the charger, why it can not charge and the indicator light start to flash?

Please make sure your devices support wireless charging. (It is not support for Apple Watch 1 and AirPods 1 & 2 without wireless charging case.)Please put your devices in the correct position and aim at the charging coil. (Note: If the AirPods cannot be charged, please turn the charging direction into vertical.)Make sure there are no metal/magnetic/pop socket/credit card behind your devices. And make sure the thickness less than 5mm(0.2inch). Do not support for otter defender or strada series case. Better to charge it without case.Please use the power adapter(included) to charge it.

QB: If you have iPhone 14/13/12 pro max or iPhone 14/13/12 mini, how to place the charging position correctly?

Better suggestion is horizontal placement to charge iPhone 14/13/12 pro max.When charging your iPhone 13/12mini, the reason for the charging failure may be that the phone is too small to align with the charging area. We recommend add items between the phone and the bezel to place it upright and close to the “paw” for charging.

QC: Why my AirPods could not charged?

Please make sure that the AirPods supports wireless charging. It only support for AirPods Pro, AirPods 3, AirPods 2 + wireless charging case.Please turn the charging direction into vertical.
