Motorola is about to dunk its feet into the slim smartphone game internationally with the Edge 70, which is expected to be a rebranded X70 Air, a model that made its debut in China earlier this month.
As we wait for the global launch, a couple more press renders have been outed showing the Edge 70 and confirming some of its specs – the 4,800 mAh Silicon Carbon battery with 68W wired charging support, the 5.99mm thickness, the 159g weight, and the 50MP main camera.

These colors will apparently be called Pantone Bronze Green and Pantone Lily Pad. On its way to EU markets, the Edge 70 has also picked up the mandatory EU Energy label, you can see this one below.

The label reveals that the phone will have an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, an A rating for drop protection, a B rating for ease of serviceability, and an A rating for battery life, with a quoted runtime of 49 hours and 34 minutes. The battery should also withstand 1,000 charge cycles before it gets below 80% of its initial capacity.
The Motorola Edge 70 is launching in Europe on November 5, with a rumored price of around €700. That's when we'll find out whether it's 100% identical to its Chinese counterpart, the X70 Air, or there are some minor changes. Stay tuned.
